"Ms. Lomastro (Jeanne) got the job done. I called, she came out the following day for an in person meeting and to see the home. I told her exactly what we wanted for our home. There was no hesitation or doubt on either end. Jeanne had beautiful pictures taken by a professional photographer. They were uploaded and home was on MLS before the weekend. Jeanne was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, timely, and available at all times for any and all questions...even when I was having a meltdown about family, nothing to do with the house ?? We accepted an offer just shy of asking price the first week. This was our first time selling property. Thank you Jeanne, what a smooth process!"

"I was referred to Jeanne through a friend in the RI area who spoke very highly of her (I am from Boston myself so I dont know the area well). I described to her what me and my girl were looking for. We had many options within a day . Literally two days later, I found the perfect house . 3 family, living /investment property. We made a very good offer which worked in my favor financially and they accepted. Jeanne made the home buying process very easy and well explained. She found me a great nice area in Cranston knowing I have a baby on the way . Any time I had a question (which I had many being a first time home owner) , Jeanne answered quick and thorough . Once we purchased the home she was also able to find me tenants within a week.
